As a professional villa chef my aim is constant : I am dedicated to the celebration of life through good food, good company, and welcoming hospitality. Weather you need a chef for the whole season, a few months or weeks, or for one or two special meals, I will be delighted to be part of the celebration, in making every moment shared with your guests unforgettable.
As a private villa chef since 2009 I am used to travel all around the med sea and all around the world to provide my clients with the best gastronomic cuisine. I am classically trained in French, Mediterranean and Italian cuisine. I also love to create fusion food and I am confident with Asian and Middle East gastronomy, raw food, vegetarian and vegan receipts. But I am a creative private chef, I am constantly learning and trying new receipts. This is why I can humbly pretend that : my cooking repertoire is endless. Even more I strongly believe in that, the better source of inspiration for a private villa chef is poeple you prepare the menus for, always with passion, dedication and attention to details !
